Phaidros Funds
Actively managed mutual funds
Phaidros Funds is a fund umbrella certified for distribution under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (FCP, UCITS IV) and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
The funds are named after “Phaidros” (or: Phaedrus), a dialogue about reason and beauty created by the Greek philosopher Plato in 370-360 BC. Among other things, it deals with the question as to how emotions may affect rational decisions. Plato’s focus is on reason, as he argues emotions should play a less important role. This stance is reflected in our fund management approach.
